| I see most of these posts are about working in the branches on the retail level--what about experience from anyone who started as a CSR in St. Louis and worked his or her way up (or not at all) the corporate ladder? Thanks! |

Unless you are a Taylor you will need rental "street cred" to make it to a worthwhile possition at Corporate... unless you are a beancounter or computer geek. |

| [quote=Unregistered]Life is good here - We bask in the sunshine and make lots of money in the upper echleon. Personally, we could care less about this site or the people who post on it as it will make no difference to our company or profits. Check our stocks. They are doing rather well. This is the bottom line. You all can have your little say about your grievences. This does not matter much to us. The only thing we care about truly is any legal slander or wrong doings that could cause us to be liable. These things we do want to know about. In fact, who ever reports illegal activity voluntarily will be rewarded highly with bonuses, raises and citations. We may consider cash grants to those who inform us as to who is doing things that may breach our security (RALPH) or do fraud. We do not condone such activities and want to know. Feel free to contact corporate and make sure you tell where, when, who, how, and describe infractions. Be sure to include your name so we know who to properly credit rewards. Very truly yours, joking by the way, andy of mayberry Don Pam and the staffers |

| "Corporate" doesn't mean that it's all suits 'n ties there steering the business--it also refers to people working the call center, which is where everyone starts when they get a job at ERAC corporate. So if anyone's started that track, I'd be interested to hear their experiences. Thanks! |
