So, it's quite common for a branch to go home one night knowing that they have a minivan reservation at 9 the next morning. They think they'll have an hour and a half to find a van, so they go home and sleep somewhat well. Then, at 7:15 the next morning, they are met by a customer who says they have a reservation for a van. Yep, the reservation was made via Natres the night before, and of course there's no van available! The customer then begins screaming and cussing saying that the person on the phone or the Internet told them that a van would be waiting for them right at 7:30! Good luck with calming that person down!
My God, it's Saturday morning, I'm not at work, yet I'm getting stressed just thinking about all of this bullshit!
