Default A bomb at NatRes. No, seriously.

Nobody can make a reservation through NatRes right now, 'cause there ain't nobody there.

The police kicked everyone out, and they were stuck in the parking lot for a while waiting to see if they could go back in. After an hour or so they finally told everyone to go home. Before we all left, St. Louis County police showed up to back up the Maplewood police, and then a bomb team came in with an 8 ball and an extraction robot. Or that's what it looked like.

Best place to work, my ass.

I thought the events of 9/11 were enough to convince companies not to consolidate all of their operations under one roof. A fictitious bomb threat costs ERAC millions and shuts down the company's reservation center.
Yet another genius example of where this company fails miserably.

I heard a rumor a while back that they awnted to open a second reservation center somewhere in California because natres was getting too big for its building and they needed to expand. they did the home agent thing instead though. I wonder what the home agents did when this happened.

How smart you are! NatRes has hundreds of remote agents who work from home, so Enterprise didn't fail as much as you and the other haters conceived.

You are 100% correct. They have failed terribly over the course of their existence. Who wants to become the largest most profitable rental car company in the country while making the father and son BILLIONAIRES in the process. Fucking idiots....hahahahaha. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes all set for life and shit. Who wants to be that wealthy? Morons. Maybe they should ship the NatRez jobs to India and we can have Akbar or Punjab taking reservations for $14 per week and then they can save even more and only have to worry about NatRez being shut down by Malaria or a runaway heerd of cows. You are a jackoff and that is obvious based on the fact you are putting down a family that has become billionaires (regardless of who they have had to enslave to do it).
