All of these tactics are designed and encouraged to keep profits up and costs down. All businesses have the same goal. But the extremes that ERAC goes to do all things wrong is obvious. The employees are douche bag, former frat boys who belong at a used car lot kissing manager ass and selling cars at any cost. FUCK ENTERPRISE AND FUCK ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR THEM!
