FUNNY: I believe this site's "success", if you so choose to call it, is because of a collection of people who can't let go. EG. Ex-employees who probably were fired for smoking pot, jerking off in the bathroom, or just plain too ignorant to complete the simplest of tasks.

SAURKRAUT: There is so much animosity going back and forth that I will leave all the name-calling and chest-beating to others. But I would like to address a couple things. This paragraph above shows Funny's ignorance of ERAC (IMHO)... as it's the successful managers and employees who are the potheads and heavy party-ers. That is, if this 'rule' still holds true today (I worked at ERAC many years ago). As for spending time in the bathroom, all the successful male executives spent LOTS of time in the bathroom. Together. And a lot of the 'bonding' and deal-making took place in there. It used to make me wish I was a guy because the women are left behind unless they can golf.

FUNNY: Customers who are not smart enough to review their terms or contracts and take steps to ensure they don't pay for their own mistakes.

SAURKRAUT: So it's "customer beware"? There are laws against such practices, so it's really not that simple. And, with any luck, a customer will stumble across this site BEFORE they can get taken. As my grandmother once said, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I only stumbled into it a day ago and what's really fascinating is how many people are unhappy with ERAC. You won't find a site like this about Sears, for instance.
