Yeah I worked at ERAC and was fooled just like thousands of others. It is an entry level job that differs vastly in reality from their interview propaganda. I tried it didn't like it and doing something else.

I think he just feels empowered to have people posting on this ridiculous site. I know he has done such extraordinary things like going to 50 states in a week...big deal. I bet he was alone the whole time and doesn't have anything better to do than travel by himself. He was probably masturbating the whole car trip and using his own tears as lubricant because he has a shallow and meaningless life.

I don't plan on visiting this site to even acknowledge a response from anyone. I just thought everyone on this site should take the advice from someone looking from the outside in. You have been doing "research on ERAC"? Why? Did your "friend" tell you how great Enterprise is for you? Enterprise will pay him if you get hired. If he were a real friend he would tell you to run away. Nobody except employees or former employees calls Enterprise Rent a car "ERAC". So you are either about to interview with them or somewhere in the interview process. You may be a frustrated chimp drunk on Kool aid for all I care.

There is a common thread in many, many of these postings. Yes, they hire more college graduates than anyone else. And the reason why is because nearly 50% leave within a year. The pay sux, the hours are always longer than what they are told. Let's face it-lots of new college grads are desperate for that first job. ERAC just capitalizes on it.

I don't think I have actually bragged on myself much here cardinal. I've mainly just hated on everyone else. You are wrong about fast food employment and living at home though. I'm in logistics and have a nice house overlooking the city. Enjoy the sush and the g/f. You should just ask a friend to watch your form. BTW, swole is reserved to people over 230 lbs. I'm at a level 215 and don't even use the term swole.
