well, i guess i can't please them all.
when you are close to approaching a triple bodyweight squat, you wanna make sure form is just right...a bad walkout, leaning too far forward, not sitting back far enough...all can lead to injury or no white lights. i want to make sure everything is just right so i tape squat days and deadlift days.
is that offensive to you? sorry, i train at a hardcore gym and this level of intensity and critique is common place, esp for those who compete in powerlifting circuts
