Enterprise takes it up the ass for its stupid customers when it shouldn't have to. And half these idiotic renters deserve to have their asses handed to them by Enterprise because they're whining, obnoxious, ungrateful liars. We don't penalize them enough for the rules they try to break with us. One little complaint and 'Oh, you want that rental for free? OK, here you go! Will you help our ESQI?' You people are idiots. The only way there would ever be anything like that going on is if you were operating with some low life con artist for an assistant or branch manager. Tactics like these that you guys are complaining about aren't features that make Enterprise the employee and company that they are today. There was a reason Enterprise was voted the 5th best place in the nation to launch a career by Businessweek- and it's not because they're some pyramid scam company designed to manipulate its employees and customers. Get over it. |
I think you have totally taken my first post out of context. I was cutting down some of the people on this website. People like Cardinal who brag about videotaping themselves weightlifting and cry babies who really didn't have an issue with Enterprise other than they didn't like to work. I originally wrote the first post to bait the die hard haters into an arguement because I was bored one day. To tell you the truth..... I hate supporters of ERAC more than the haters. ERAC is a piece of shit company that doesn't know anything about customer service or employee retention.
They do use dirty tactics to teach employees to sell insurance that customers don't need, slave labor from not hiring cleaning employees and making new hires do it, and charging customers ridiculous charges to fix any kind of damage. All of these tactics are designed and encouraged to keep profits up and costs down. All businesses have the same goal. But the extremes that ERAC goes to do all things wrong is obvious. The employees are douche bag, former frat boys who belong at a used car lot kissing manager ass and selling cars at any cost. FUCK ENTERPRISE AND FUCK ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR THEM!
