Although there was no cracks or any other serious structural damage they have charged us $390.00, of which only $76.00 have been the paint costs and the other cost was re-painting two times for three hours each. This amount has been sent to our insurance company but I owe $250.00 deductible out of my pocket. The take home message - every scratch on their cars will cost you a fortune. Even if this is not your fault they still want their money at the highest possible price of job estimate. Very frustrating experience for our modest budget... |
2 things wrong w/ your complaint:
enterprise doesnt care how much it costs to get a car repaired, cause they arent going to pay for it in the end, YOU are.
enterprise doesnt care how much it costs to get a car repaired, they just care about getting it done as fast as possible, cause ever day the car is off the road, its lost revenue for them
face it, you damaged a car and didnt have the stupid cdw, its going to be expensive. if you really want to get back at ERAC, just rent a car, and buy the CDW. then return the car undamaged. then when they are checking you out say, oh let me check the glove box for my glasses. then accidentally put the car in reverse and back into a wall. then just oh sorry my bad. then toss them the keys, laugh, and walk away
