Wow...first time I have seen this site. As I read these postings I really have to wonder about the character of those who post all these slams on the company. I left two years ago and sincerely regret it. I was pissed and unhappy at the time I left but quite frankly I would have never lowered myself to the level of taking out the company here. I read this stuff and I know who you pussies really are.....you are the ones that never had the courage to address the issues when you worked there but you are so passive-aggressive that you can't wait to get home to the security of your home and bitch. In addition to that you made sure you never performed so you had something to bitch about. When you are 50 yrs old and mad about where you are in life...hopefully you have the courage to look at yourself inwardly because you are the reason you are a 50yr old fuck-up. Please...please.,never let my children grow up to be cowards like you. In any event...I left. Thought it was a good choice at the time and I am happy now but I wish I would have stayed. I hated the hours but quite frankly I would take the longer hours of a Area Manager than the shorter hours of what I do today. I tried to go back a year after I left but was given some song and dance about precedence...blah, blah, blah. Do what you want but at some point in your life you are going to need to suck it up....I wish I would have two years ago. Those of you who never do...keep telling yourself how unfair this world is and you will wake up one day with nothing but your anonymous blogs you won't claim ownership to anyone.

Or, there are those of us that used Enterprise as a springboard to a better career, and laugh as we drive by our local branch at 5pm on a Friday evening. I didn't bother to sift through the thousands of posts, but you have to be the first person that has ever uttered the word regret when talking about leaving. If you miss renting cars that much, I'm sure Hertz would love to have you. D-bag.

This is the first time I have seen this website. I have never seen more pathetic people in my life. Whoever created this website is a total loser with no life who just gets off on bitching about things. I sincerely doubt that this individual is a "professional" like they like to claim. No, I bet your one of those piece of shit customers that I deal with on a daily basis. Your probably that cheap asshole who bitches about the price of the car and then about the fact that you will have to wait ten minutes to get into one. The reason we have the lowest prices is because of our "fleet utilization" you moron. If we didn't do that you would be paying twice as much. I am only 24 years old but I have realized some things in my life about you people. You will never be SUCCESSFUL because you don't have the drive, intelligence, or balls to succeed. You would rather sit by your computer and complain about how life has passed you by. Blame it on me, blame it on my company; I don't care. The fact of the matter is your sitting here bitching while I'm on my way to a 6-figure salary before I'm 30.

Maybe it's the way ERAC treats it's employees that creates this resentment. In my case, when I get screwed out of $1000 because they were bitter that I found something better, I think I got a legitimate gripe. Maybe ERAC needs to look in the mirror. Very few companies attract such a large and diverse group that share similar stories. If one of two people came here to bitch, we could dismiss these guys as disgruntled. When hundreds come telling the same story, it means ERAC has a serious employee relations problem. As someone who will at least still rent a car from ERAC, I would've hoped they corrected this mess in the 9+ years since I've left. Apparently not.

Congrats on earning six figures. I will never make as much money as you but odds are good my job is much more fun. If you can really make that much, more power to you. I just did not see that as being realistic, so I walked.
