Default This must be the funniest website of all time (look out ebaum's)

A friend of mine works at Enterprise and I make fun of him all the time because, let's be honest, it's a pretty shitty job. Most people that work there either went to a shitty college, no college, or just slacked off most of their lives. So, with that being said, why are people so crazy about defending it. It's a corporation just like any other. But what these Enterprise workers don't get is that the company doesn't care about you any more than it cares about the last customer is scammed for a hundred bucks. I know how this company treats workers because I've seen my friend who's currently an assistant manager. The guy works 50-60 hours per week (maybe more) for what, 35-40k a year without any overtime. It's a joke.

Additionally, for all the workers that keep on claiming that these are just angry ex-employees, take a moment and read a few of the posts. It's no coincidence that the same claims are repeated over and over again from unhappy customers. The business model that Enterprise uses was created to exploit loopholes against those customers that choose not to pay for insurance. It's just a fact, get over it. The company doesn't care about you, so why continue to defend it? Just work hard for a year and try to move on to something bigger and better.

Why are people so stupid? There is no scam!! 90% of the time, a MT is checking the person into a car. They have no vested interest in "scamming" a customer. They are paid hourly, not off the bottom line. The customer also walks around the car with the employee. The customer then initials the box that is labeled "condition agreed to".

I also love the part where they say..."I drove it to work and back home, there is no way it was damaged while I had it". I guess this idiot parks the car in his cubical or has his own personal camera that watches the car while he is at work. I am sure there is no way another idiot could hit it in a parking lot.

Here is an idea for the rest of you morons.....WALK AROUND THE CAR, LOOK AT THE CAR, ASK FOR A FLASHLIGHT IF IT IS DARK!

Now, if you do this, how could you say you are being scammed?

No, it is not the duty of the customer to walk around the car with a damn flashlight. It is the duty of the employee to be thorough and HONEST. Why would you make such a stretched out argument? What are you up to?

It is the history of Enterprise that is raising eyebrows. It is not like things like this happen once a year. They screw people over in all kinds of ways, accoring to reports that are all over the internet. I know first hand just how determined the employees are to use loopholes and deception to get money out of people. I experienced it myself. I looked on the internet to see what other kinds of stories I could find on Enterprise's history of blatant deception, and I was absolutely blown away by the outrageous surplus of stories I found. There is even THIS web site that is dedicated to what a corrupt company Enterprise is. It is moronic of you to try to deny it, unless you are some scammer working for Enterprise yourself, in which case I will just call you a liar.

Google the terms "Enterprise car scam" and "Enterprise car fraud" and have your mind blown by what all this company has reportedly done to its customers.

The incentive for employees to scam is that it helps them get, at the very least, raises and promotions.

The FBI, the U.S. Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, anti-fraud organizations, and a very long list of news organizations need to investigate Enterprise. Apparently, something major is going on. This is insane.

Exactly!

I will be back to start a thread on my story later. It is infuriating.

It definetly is a scam. I am an ex employee that looked at the buisness from the inside out. They encourage people to get the coverage because it makes them money of course. But if the customer wrecks there vehicle without the coverage...it makes them more money So it is a win win situation. The way they weed out the emplyoyees is if they dont sell, they dont get promoted, and if they dont get promoted they will fire them. But what they do is they will very well move you to a location that will be very hard to travel to so that you quit. They dont care about you collecting unemployment because they made that much off of your work you did for them even when you thought you were not performiing.
