Default Re: Help disputing a damage claim?

Well, I just left the black & gold team and I saw an e-mail last month about damage claims. According to the e-mail, it said that if customers write "I was unaware" on the accident report form then we have a chance of recovering damage but if they write "I deny" or "the damage was already there" then we have no shot.

I would just keep saying the damage was already there. If we didn't catch the damage at return then there was nothing we could do about it. I'm sure they are just trying to "scare" you into paying but really don't have anyway to force you to.
