OK, so because this company tried to commit fraud and charge a customer $500 for damage they knew she hadn't caused (they charged it before she returned) , this woman should CANCEL A CREDIT CARD, TAKE A CHARGEOFF, AND DING HER CREDIT FOR 50-100 POINTS? Instead of disputing the charges and alleging fraud on the company's part? I have no doubt you know the BWI location quite well, you sound like you're from Maryland.
