You will never get the previous contracts due to privacy laws, however you can request that an investigation into the past contracts be done. I worked in loss control previously and did it all the time. I refunded quite a bit of money doing these. You as the customer have the right to not have your insurance company pay the loss. You need to pay it out of pocket as soon as you are presented with the bill. If you ignore the bill they will file with the insurance company for anything over your deductible and they will continue to stalk you for your deductible. If you do not pay that, they will turn it over to collections. I am not saying this to be smarmy, but this is how they are going to play it.
