Consider this a request to delete the inappropriate posts. Some people must be FORCED to do the right thing! The only ones not fit to shine shoes are those who refuse to do the job they were hired to do. I hope you become more aggressive in deleting unprofessional posts.

Some sites convey the message that a company has serious problems such as www.nopaypal.com for example. Seeing so few customers post here and bitter low level employees/ex-employees dominate this message board leaves me with the impression that Enterprise is a pretty good company. My experience is that 80% of the branches are staffed by pretty good people. I only need to be a jerk about 20% of the time. I know how to treat good people and I know how to treat bad people. Admin: Do what you think is right: It's YOUR board and how you choose to project yourself.
