Admin... you're a hypocrite. I tried to find out who that d-bag was, and my posts got deleted. Why? What rule did i break?

Harassment?.. people get harassed on this website everyday BY NAME and you don't give a shit, but if some asshole customer gets his panties in a twist, you delete my posts.

Girls get insulted, genetalia is described in detail, and you pick out my posts as if they're something extraordinarily offensive. all i did was quote his own words. No one forced him to post such specific information about himself.

I deleted your posts because you posted the same thing in 30 different forums. Post it once and it's not a problem.

You need to start deleting pornographic posts and banning offending IPs unless you want your site to degenerate to a pack of attack dogs that bite every casual visitor. Unregistered posters severly damage your site. As it stands, www.ripoffreport.com is a better choice for wary Enterprise customers. Not only that, I'm beginning to think that Enterprise has no more problems than the average company. Any problem I have ever had with them, I have been able to get resolved in my favor. It's hard to get good help these days and some of the posters on this site are good evidence of that. Any management contact I have had with ERAC has been positive. I would recommend ERAC to anyone with only the caveat that one exercises the normal precautions of an educated consumer.

Your post is funny in that the administrator will not do that. He tried making it a requirement to register for about month and the amount of postings dropped drastically. For you, that would be acceptable. But the administrator wants the water cooler gossip and attack dogs because they generate more postings and then he can boast how his site is growing. He didn't create this site for customers, unlike what he claims. He didn't create it to improve some rental car company, also likes he claims. He created it because creating discussion boards is a hobby of his, he likes to stir things up, and he wants the attention. Check out this site of his... http://www.letneworleansdie.com

I'm learning at my old age to address 90% of problems by correspondense or email. "If you don't write it down, it didn't happen." Some little girl at the Enterprise counter was trying to push LDW on me, threating up to 60 days loss-of-use charges if there was a loss. I knew in fact that my insurer has a contractual agreement with ERAC not to charge loss of use. I didn't say a word about it. I just gave her a smug "that's nice" and said I still don't want LDW. Trying to argue with her would be like arguing with some of the posters on this board. From what you say, the Admin won't mind then if I direct disappointed ERAC customers to www.ripoffreport.com . THAT'S a consumer oriented site!!
