Did a rep from ERAC meet you at the dealership or did they call them from there? If they called ERAC from the dealership then they assumed they would have a loaner but did not and they called ERAC as a last option. Either way congrats on having a new Maxima at 24. I had one too.

I went to Dick's sports the other day and bought Tiki Torches (they were on sale for 1.99 down from 5.99) and they all did not have the correct pricing sticker on them.
