| I recently rented a car from them and we filled out the forms and I was responsible for renting the car because the car was under my name. No one asked us to walk around the car and look for damage and had my son initial the rental form without telling him that he was agreeing that there was damage on the car. They just told him, "Sign here and you will be on your way." I should have initialed it since I was renting it. The girl on the phone called me a lier when I told her I did not initial it. I never signed anything. We brought the car back and the guy went right to the back bumper and said look at the damage you caused. He began rocking on the bumper as if he knew that it would be loose. Other than it being loose, there was a tiny white scratch on the bumper which was hardly noticable. They then called us and told us we owed them 366.00 for the repair. This place is a scam and I would reccomend that no one rents from them. We know that we didn't have an accident but they told us too bad, we have a picture of the damage. I asked her where the picture was that proved it wasn't damaged before we rented it. |

| We've gone over this before. Please read the thread regarding a POS Aveo and substitute your name for Maxima Boy. |

You are writing this to a ton of disgruntled current and ex employees, 50% of which hate/hated the job mostly because of the shitty customers. Your story is full of holes and sounds typical of someone who damaged a car and doesn't want to be held responsible. Stop crying and pay for the damage. P.S. If you really want to solve this incredible mystery ask your son what happened to the bumper. |

Well, it is too bad that ERAC fosters an environment where the employees trult hate and despise customers eventually. As an ERAC employee, you are catching shit from all directions including scumbag customers, irritating co-workers, bitchy phone calls, and other distractions. If a employee gets a shot to put the screws to you, they will. Blame the game, not the player. |

| Before enterprise, I spent about 5 years working in other customer service jobs. The big difference between Enterprise, and those other jobs, is that at Enterprise management above me never backed me even when I was in the complete right, and the customer was in the complete wrong. I even had a situation where a customer did something quite nasty. My area manager blamed me for the whole incident. The customer came back a few months later and APOLOGIZED, and admitted it was all her fault. And my area manager still blamed me for the situation. Further, a few coworkers of mine looking to get on the fast track used to not only goto upper management with very little situations, but would make the little situations look like everyone at the branch except them was f'ing up. Now al ot of people did f up, but I'm refering to situations where they either made up events or would lie about what happened. And unfortunately, their lies worked, and they got promoted quite quickly. |
