Why was reality's first response to this thread deleted? It seemed to be within the rules of this website; please respond ?????, this can't be one sided when it comes to customer complaints, it really makes you look as if you're always in favor of the consumer against the big mean company with deep pockets.

The reason there are 60,000 posts on this discussion board is because "being a reasonable and rational human being and solving it with simple communication" simply doesn't work with Enterprise. That's also why I created this site. Some people sue, some people speak out.
Why do you speak sometimes? I love how throw in the post count to pat yourself on the back yet again. ?????, once again the majority of those posts you boast about are from people that are NOT customers. It's very simple. It can often suck to work for enteprise, but as for customer service, they lead the industry regardless of your mishaps. Once again, you were not their target customer, so you got screwed. You could easily get screwed with your local company that you rent from if you were not a business traveler (their taget market). Normal people move on to find a company that meets their needs. Yet, you created a website to try and make yoourself feel more imprtant. Honestly, Barr Barr....did you EVEN get a MBA?

And it's also nice to know that tailfin's actions (which truly bring down society as a whole) are applauded by you. Filing a claim EVERY time somethign annoys you? That's speaking out to you, ?????? No. That's exactly what insecure, socially inept, whiny pussies do anytime they can't resovle something through normal communcaition. What shocker that you side with a complete and absolute waste of human flesh like tailfins. Once again, ???????.....Good work!

I would have to agree with tailfins. Sometimes when you've been wronged it's best to just deal with things in a concise manner in which you are guaranteed results. How often were complaints at erac either ignored or go unsolved/intercepted from the proper people. Sometimes it is just better to not waste so much time and getting the run around talking to everyone's boss.
