| The walk around at ERAC is the biggest joke ever. Let me let you, I have 20/20 vision but when you check in and out 100's or cars a month in rain, blinding sun, in a hurry and so on so on, YOU MISS DAMAGE. I swear to god, a guy got into a caddy from a caddy dealer....did the walkaround. He returned 2 hours later with a big ass scrape on the side. I mean like $1000 damage for a caddy I would assume. Nothing on the contract I WROTE. Well, before I accuse this guy, I go to a previous contract because at caddy dealers the same cars get rented again and again. Guess what, IT WAS ON THAT ON. This guy and I both missed it. Imagine if someone else, especially a newer employee checked this guy in. I never felt comfortable bringing up damage especially when I knew how bad of a job some people did in writing down damage.... Bottom line if you rent a car, made the Echimp write down every scratch in detail. EVERY LITTLE SCRATCH! Then, when you return the car diagram will look like there is damage all over it and the person checking in will not have a clue what is what so they will just assume it was previously documented. I mean really, how the hell can a couple of dashed or an X constitute a legally documented vehicle inspection. |

| Hell, we've done walkarounds in the DARK!! During the winter months when it's full dark by 5 PM, we've had customers and employees alike walking around a vehicle like two fools prior to check out, with only the offices' outside neon sign for illumination. We've also done walkarounds on cars that were used to pick the customer up, which means in the winter no matter what color the car is, it's white with salt when we get him or her back to the office in it. Talk about going through the motions..... |

I took my rental to my dealer. Three days later, Enterprise called to tell me there was a dent in the door. I did back into a pickup truck, but had that fixed at my expense. Now they want my $500 deductible check. |

| Don't you think it's funny how they called you the next afternoon. I have seen previous damaged that was missed on check in billed to the next customer that missed it on the walk around. It happens more than you think. Cracked windshields were the worst. ERAC would sell there mother if they could. |
