hey this started 7 years ago, what practices and training has enterprise put in place to change the way they present coverage. i rented at a dealership last week and all she asked my was if i wanted full or partial. I also had to argue to get the service rate. Erac makes it a pain in the next to rent cars. The girl was nice but she talked to much, I had to go to work. I think a part of good service is quickness. I don't need to shake your hand and all that. Just rent me a damn car.

Unfortunately they aren't doing much in terms of training employees on this knowledge (or on much of anything else). For the very few of us who are aware of state req. for liability when ownership of a vehicle and questioned upper mgmt about this, it is at that point the truth comes out but in a "hush hush" manner as if it was top secret and should never be revealed to both cust. and fellow dumb employee's
