Default everyone needs to grow up

recently finding out about his site has made me sick to my stomach, reading all the things that customers, and employees say, and react to. my name will remain unsaid, but i am verry high at enterprise, and appauled at how our employees are portraying themselves. we hired you to represent our company, and the thing that you say to, and about customers and specifics of your job, is in the least, verry unprofessional, and quite immature. there are ways to find out who wrote theese replys, and i can guarantee you that you will be foud out. you can expect a phone call verry soon, as we already have names of some of those who treat our customer with the utmost disrespect. did it ever occur to you that our customes are actually our bosses? they are the one who in the end pay your cheques, so calling them names and bashing their intellect, is the perfect way to loose your job. i can assure you that andy is absolutly offended. all the hard work and effort that him and his father have put into this business, is being crushed by all those who choose not to follow or founding values. as for the customers, i am sorry that your experience with our company has been alot less than satisfactory. the only thing that i can suggest to you is: take that extra few minutes when going over the vehicle. if ther is anything that worries you, double check that the employee has marked it, and do not sign unless it can clearly be seen on the damage part of the contract. there is also a spot at the bottom of the contract to hand write any notes regarding the vehicle. if you are in a rush and the car is dirty, think about this.......im sure being a few minutes late for whatever you are going to is worth the money that you might have to pay for if a damage is found. ask them to clean the car! if they refuse because they are too busy, remind them that you are bringing them business, and you want to guarantee that the vehicle is in tip top shape. put yourself in their shoes. pretend that the vehicle you are renting is your own and you are lending it to some good friend. no matter how long it takes, get all the details written on the contract, and only sign when you are satisfied. we strive to be the best, but unfortunaltly, some individuals forget that. my sincere apoligies to all.

Couple items here. One you spelled check with the european version ie cheques. Takes away from your crediblity as working in a very high position as most, albeit not all, are americans. Second very is spelled very not verry. If it were once that is one thing but the fact that you spelled it wrong multiple times again takes away credibility. Third if you really do work for ERAC you should take your blather to those that are higher up. They are the ones who create malcontents like you see here. As for Andy being appalled, he should be. He should go out and fire many of his area, city and General managers, for allolowing this kind of unrest to get out of hand.

I call B.S. on the original poster being high up in the company. Even a rental monkey knows how to use spell check. They would also know that there is no way to find out who logs onto this site since it's banned at all ERAC branches. That means they have to do it from home dumbass.

Hey e-chimp! Just for that rant, I am going to to get damage waiver from my next rental and create damage on the car! What do you think about that?

E-monkey, when you say "high at enterprise" do you mean your e-job title or under the influence?
