1) Certified Letter to ERAC
2) Consumer fraud complaint with state Attorney General's office
3) Small Claims lawsuit

No lawyer, no major expense, no letting ERAC "be the boss" of the situation. Just let the law do it's job!

I've got to side with glad2begone. I had to tell someone today that one of my bosses was in a meeting when he really didn't want to talk to the person. That's a lie and I do stuff like that all the time. I'm sure you do too.

and another thing, you're right. ERAC is a insurance God. Whatever estimate we send Geico they just pay it.
