| If I had caused the damage in question I would be willing to accept responsibility, but I will not be held liable because he missed this upon checking the car in and is trying to cover up his mistake. |

I'm dealing with a similar situation with a local Enterprise store in West Los Angeles; I would like to determine if the class action will extend to California customers of Enterprise. Please keep me informed as I've already contacted the office of the Sr. V.P. of Operations in St. Louis who redirected me to the office of the V.P. of Customer Care. |

Oh, man, could we have fun with that! What's this V.P.'s name? And why don't they have Internet access (because if they did Enterprise would have done something long ago about the issues raised here). Failing Enterprise has been telling the truth about Enterprise for over four years now; how come I've never heard of the "V.P. for Customer Care"? I'll bet this guy "works from home" and he's already an expert at GTA IV and Guitar Hero! It slays me to think that the company with one of the most popular complaint sites on the Internet has a "V.P. for Customer Care" and this V.P. has gone four years without contacting us or saying a word here. It's like Enterprise is trying to be as willfully blind and ignorant as the Bush administration. Hey Enterprise V.P. of Customer Care: Why don't you give me a call? Your legal department has my telephone number. Attention Enteprise Legal Department site monitors: Could you please pass on the invitation to this V.P. who apparently has never done even the first Google search for complaints about his company? Admin, here is the thing that you need to understand about Enterprise, as well as how life works in general. A multi-billion dollar company is not going to change it's operations due to your website. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy coming onto the site and hearing all the current drama as well as sharing my experiences and frustrations with current and former employees while reading about their stories of working for the Big E. Customer complaints are a whole seperate issue though, the stories posted about ERAC customer service are typically missing half of the story. Again I am not saying that ERAC is the opitomy of a perfectly run business, but you try to portray the company as having a huge customer service issue based on a few hundred complaints over the course of millions of transactions that occur every year. Although I think Enterprise is a horrible company in regards to how they treat their employees, it really isn't too bad when it comes to how it treats its customers (on a large scale) even though there are those times where they screw up a transcaction with a customer or corporate account. |

Hello .. I am a former ERAC employee and read with interest your posting on here ... an ERAC employee is trying to royally screw you over for something they botched and are trying to CYA .. all I can say is this: get a name and phone number for an area manager and try to straighten this out ... do not forget to mention that "your attorney" will intervene if need be ... you can ONLY get things done with ERAC if you involve legal counsel .. yes it will cost you some money .. but is your integrity not worth it ??? Another piece of advice: rent from Hertz in the future .. Be blessed, good luck and VIGOROUSLY PRESS FORWARD !!!!!!!!!!! |
