I dont think anyone that comes to this site disagrees with the idea that Enterprise is a business whose goal is to make money. Likewise, anyone that worked there long enough knows that LDW is worthwhile in the right circumstances. My original reply to the poster when I told them to ignore the "Should have bought dub" replies is still on the money. I feel the reply was legit, lord knows I missed damaged cars late at night, in bad weather etc and looked for any way to pass the damage on down the line so it didnt hit me or my branch.

Calling bullshit, replying you should have bought dub etc, all cop outs when people have nothing intelligent to say but just want to bash and trash someone. Read some of the above posts, no where near the topic. So many of these start out in a good direction then two knucklheads get in the usual pissing matches. It still entertaining but come on, someone asks for advise lets stay on topic. Plenty of other threads out there to chop apart someones typing or grammer.

So, everytime someone replies with the lame old slam type answers I think to myself, dont ever bitch about a bad meal at a resturant, you should have stayed home and cooked your fucking food. All consumers have a duty and right to question business practices and the way companies run their business. If they have problems with a business then they have a right to bitch. I doubt highly everyone bleeding green and insulting every single posts goes along in life never causing issues for any other business, shit they are probably the same customers bitched about a similar sites for other industries.

I would have to 100% agree with the above post. When I worked at ERAC I saw approximately 30 ex ERAC'ers rent from our branch and all of them asked for "3.00 SUV upgrades", "1/2 price DUB" etc. and would bitch about the car not being clean. I find the biggest problem with customer service is that you never understand until you are on the other side of the counter. As a Sale Person I really try and put myself in my customers position and it does help me with my current job. Almost every product and every service has a purpose with a certain people and a certain situation, and dont be surprised if someone doesn't like what your selling them one day, even though you think it is the best thing since sliced bread!
