| The truth about it is that you don't need it, even if you do not have your own insurance. If you wreck the hell out of enterprises car and someone elses they might try to hit your credit for unpaid damages but in the end good old enterprise will take care of the tab for everything. Part of the unpaid damages will hit the branch with the rest getting spread through the region. They cannot deny renting you a car even if you don't have insurance and don't want theirs. Its funny how it is illegal to drive a car with no insurance but when it comes to rental cars they have to rent it to you even with no insurance. So, what is the point of all this....well when they try to sell you insurance and scare you, you can tell them where they can shove it. I would rip people off all the time selling them "Full Protection" There were some sorry suckers out there that were paying nearly 2k a month for insurance they didn't even need. We would give high fives and do little dances in the office every time we got some sorry ass to sign up for coverage. |

It's sad how little you know about the collection process. First off, an uncollectable DX hits the branches reserves after 90 days... it is not spread out. Second, just because the vehicle is written off doesn't mean Enterprise will not get paid. People always seem to think that Enterprise won't really collect. Why wouldn't they? It sounds like you were a rental monkey... not understanding of the back end, and not even knowing what your product was. Do you walk through the rest of life as dumb as you did while at Enterprise? |

| stupid ass...how would they collect if the person has no money or insurance...enterprise would foot the bill simple as that |

any unpaids damage from other persons car or doctor bills that is not covered will also be paid by enterprise. |

You ever heard of taking a lien on someone's house? Enterprise can, and does, take people to court on judgement liens all the time. It may take some time, but Enterprise doesn't stop trying to collect. |

Enterprise agrees to cover the state's MFR in the event the driver of the rental car is un/under-insured. However, that doesn't mean the Enterprise won't go after the driver to collect. After the MFR however, Enterprise WILL NOT PAY. So you get in a 3 car accident with liability claims totalling $100k and the state has MFR of $30k total (liability & property damage), guess what? The driver can be sued by the claimants for the rest. Enterprise has no legal obligation to cover that. In states with no MFR? Enterprise doesn't cover anything. Oh and that 30k Enterprise paid? They will take a lien out on your house or sue to have the money come out of your wages. Why would Enterprise not go after the money? |

| LOL.....people without insurance don't exactly have bank accounts loaded with money or own homes. you crack me up. I wonder how many braches are getting credits back because enterprise put a lein on their house or sucked all the money out of their bank account..hahaha |

| We don't charge out for cosmetic damage to rims...if, however, you actually caused the rim to bend...that requires replacing it. Sorry, but you shouldn't drive through pot holes at 45 mph. Those rims bend like tin foil. You can scrape them on the curb all you like, however. |
