Default Enterprise wrongly accused Damages

Hi, I just got stuck up with damages that were there even before I got the car. Person who did the inspection before renting me the car told me they dont write up the rim scratches, but guess what I droped off my car at a BMW location because I had to pick up my car from there, and Enterprise wrote a DX for damadges on the rims. Now they are asking me about my insurance information to collect money, but the funny part is that when they were renting me the car they put down my younger brothers name because he reserved the car for me. All the other information is mine like driver licence and street address date of birth because I was the one picked up the car and gave the agent my driverslicence but he manages not to put my name on the contract.
So where do i stand legaly.. should i give them my insurace info, i dont even know if my insurace company is going to take care of it or not because my name is not on the contract. ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREAT. thanks

Have you been reading up on other threads about this? If not then how would you know what a DX is unless you are and ex employee and then you should know what to do if this is even real. You signed and the name is wrong but i still see you being responsible unless they have previous contracts with the damage shown. Contact the loss control department.

Okay then ask them to research the last 4-5 contracts looking for similar marked damage. That will be your best bet.

Then there is not much else for you to do other than cause a stink withyour agent and have them call the Area Manager for that branch.

This is obviously a fraud post. A customer would not reger to it as a DX because no enterprise employee refers to it as a DX when addressing the customer. The misspellings are also a giveaway that it is an ERAC employee.

No that is not true, I did went to the location where i picked up the car and then I made the store manager to call the place who wrote the DX. And when the store manager was talking with the other manager he did mention "DX" and also the letter i got from the enterprise had the clame starting from DX and ofcourse before posting this i did read some posts and it was also mentioned in there. I have asked them to pull some other reportes and they have not contacted me back with it. So i am wating right now.

Hell no! Fight this. The worst that can happen is that you'll be put on "DNR" (do not rent), and if I were you, I wouldn't be wanting to ever do business with Enterprise in the future anyhow. Screw'em. It's their loss--let them pay for it.
