I actually work at this location. Whenever a customer says it is hard to tell if there is exsisting damage on the vehicle because of the lighting I always offer to pull the car into a better lit spot. Believe it or not most ERAC employees or not horrible people who get off on scrweing over customers. I am always completly upfront with every customer and find it offensive that customers cosistently thing we are trying to pull one over on them when it comes to damages. You should be happy that we actually take the time to walk around the vehicle with you before and after as opposed to the other comapanies who will just hit you with a bill months down the line.

Why, are you a John in New York? Say hello to Peaches LaCreme for me if you are.
