Any company has right to hire all whites or mexicans, or blacks if they want.

And maybe if they learned to speak the language we wouldn't just say sign here here and here.
Who says the Mexicans need to learn our language? They seem to do fine working as maids and janitors while only speaking their language. Maybe if they taught their kids English they might be able to go to college some day and work at Enterprise.

I seriously doubt in this day and age with so much emphasis on minority recruiting, that's the case...Where do you get this information? If it's true, I guarantee you, if you contacted corporate, they'd have a word with the Texas General Managers...Stuff like that would probably get the GM sent packing, and I've been a former GM for eight years now...I'm sure the same focus on minority recruiting and promoting qualified candidates is happening these days...If not, wow, it's the 1970s again...

They are already notorious for tending to hire only LDS members in Utah. I remember being asked if I was a member - the employer flat out refused to hire anyone who wasn't. Granted, that wasn't Enterprise, but that doesn't mean it's not happening with Enterprise on a slightly lesser degree. Until someone stands up and brings the proper authorities into play, it will continue!
Of course Enterprise hires a bunch of Mormons in Utah...That's most of the population base...I think they last had a minority sighting in Utah about four years ago...Wait a mintue...Maybe the President-elect popped in there, campaigning...

Years ago, I had an Hispanic recruiter in one of my regions, and she did a great job...Then she applied for a corporate position to work under Pam Nicholson...For one reason or another, she didn't get the job. Pam chose one of her old cronies from Southern California...Our recruiter complained to corporate, and realizing they were facing a probable discrimination lawsuit, immediately settled with her. The only problem, this was our Group money they were throwing her way (since she was our employee), and my RVP and I were told after the fact what went down...The way it was handled would've been a cardinal sin back in the day when guys like Doug Brown and Wayne Kaufmann were around...You're all probably thinking "Who?"
