ERAC wont hire Hispanic Recruiters in Texas

Wow, I went to the Enterprise website itself and guess what? Not one of the 15 recruiters in all of Texas is Hispanic. I guess that says a lot for their diversity program in a state with nearly a 50% hispanic population. Some of those Cities in S. Texas have 80% or higher hispanic populations. What kind of message does that send to the Hispanic Community?

Interesting that you mention that because I notice that there are not alot of hispanics, asians, or african americans.

The irony being that most of the money made by ERAC is made by telling non-English speaking Hispanics to sign here, here, and here to get the full insurance.

Now I am not defending ERAC with with post but I have to ask have you met all of the recruiters? Are they all men? If not then there is a posibility that some of them are hispanic women and have had their last names changed by some gringo that they married. Before you go throwing around accusations of racism go a little deeper and see what is going on. Maybe no Hispanics want to work in HR at ERAC and are fine with being carpreps (just kidding).

Just To Stir The Pot A Little....of These Towns With High % Hispanic Population...how Many Of Them Have A 4 Year College Degree?

You Can't Look At The Total Population, You Need To Look At The Population That Qualifies.
