Default The Day I Nearly Died

Since i found this website i want to tell you about the day i nearly died in the hands of an Enterprise driver. It was around 2002 and i had taken a van to the Portsmouth branch and was getting a lift back. The driver was the typical old guy (flat cap & no sence of direction). Anyway, we were going up the A34 just by the Newbury turning when the traffic stopped. This would normally be ok except for my driver for the day did not see the lorry in front breaking with its flashers going. i remember my scream to stop and the next i knew we god knows how managed to go between the lorry that was stopped on the left and the van that was stopped on the right. The damage, 2 wing mirrors, my trousers and the great comment made by the driver in question "that was close, lucky i am an experienced driver"
