hey eracians, what's up??...

i have posted a coment or two over at another forum with concerns that ""water"" keeps on building up by our vacuum and no one is doing anything about it!! I have went to our lanlord and told him specificly that we need a grate so that the water won't build up by the vacuum and he just won't dig into his wallet and make the repairs for our lot!!

My boss, told him the same damn thing and he just won't budge either!!

cleaning cars is no problem, but washing cars IS a problem!!

the weather is getting colder and water freezes below 32 degrees at night, and in the mornings by the vacuum its more of a skating rink!!! ((NO JOKE))


i really don't know what to do at this point.

i have exausetd my breath for repairs on our lot and i havn't seen anything being done!!! I've practicly given up at this point!!!

i really don't know what to do at this stage anymore!!

This is not a joke....keep cleaning the cars like business as ususal, just make sure you send an MS01 to your boss expressing your concerns and keep a copy for yourself. If you happen to slip one day and hurt yourself, you have documentation to go after ERAC for pain and suffering and your medical bills.

You better go out and get yourself a whole bunch of salt because it's not just about creating a hole and putting a grate over it but creating drainage and making sure it does not cause runoff into any type of fresh or natural water source. There is a lot mor to it and depending on how long the branch has been there if it is not in place now and it has been more than one winter then don't plan on it being there. It takes a lot to install that type of runoff (if there is not another for them to send it to.
