in GP58 City Mgr (ARM) got DUI in a company car and kept her job. Guess it's all about the favorites. She's s SUPERSTAR. Everyone else whose got one in the time I worked there got fired immediately upon conviction. She went on a sabatical while license was suspended and then immediately returned to her same position and kept driving a company car.

the individuals that were terminated upon dui conviction are all very stupid not to get together and begin communication with a reputable law firm before the statutes of limitations run out. they can also take the initiative on their own and file a case with the federal eeoc prior to initiating contact with an attorney. the eeoc will begin investigating and will determine if a case is warranted. if so, the eeoc will initiate the lawsuit on your behalf.....come on folks....gotta hit em where it hurts the most.....in their deep pockets!!!!!

I work at ERAC and I drink every day. I ran over three people this morning 2 kids and 4 grandparents - discounted accordingly (kids don't count and old folks at 3/4 ratings). I do a good job at work though, so there's no long term problems. See you tomorrow. Fort Lauderdale ERAC
