| enterprise will probably offer national/alamo employees the chance at the interview process we have, then they'd have to start as MTs and work their way up. chances are they wont want to deal with that. but its better for us. at least i know the national/alamo employees that work at the airport i do are an ESQi nightmare! the way they speak to their customers and everything they do makes me cringe. |

| I have a hard time believing Enterprise will keep the National/Alamo brands. If anything, one brand will go bye bye and the other will occupy one counter at the airports and Enterprise will take the other. All the car rental companies, Hertz, Avis/Budget, and Vanguard are run the same and all are envious of Enterprise. I do not believe Enterprise will keep anyone at the executive level of Vanguard. Vanguard has a totally different philosophy than Enterprise and Vanguard treats it employees much worse. It will interesting to see how Enterprise will deal with the Labor Unions. Most of National/Alamo locations are Union and that may cause Enterprise to keep National/Alamo separate. Still unbelievable because I do not think that Enterprise nor Vanguard knows what they are getting into. |

| Enterprise has bought a Rental Company before and moved those branch managers into BM positions with Enterprise. I forget the name but it was in California around '93 or '94 when it happened. I believe all the VPs of Vanguard are gone and everyone that works in Tulsa. The General Managers at the airports, the young, good ones will be kept and old, good ones will be let go. |

| Besides the Union, there are some Rental Agents with Vanguard that make over $100,000 a year. I kid you not. Vanguard pays comission off of upgrades, coverage, fuel, etc. Enterprise will not like that either. |

Bill Loebeck should be ashamed of himself. I think its awful that he moved the headquaters to tulsa, having people move only to sell-out. Do you really think any employees will be left in Tulsa? Everything will be consolidated in St. Louis. Where is Sandy Miller when you need him? |

regardless of how awesome you think you are and how many high fives you give, the majority of your minions think you are a tool and hate their jobs. but you act obilivous and that is the crux of the problem with this company...admin peeps are in a different realm of wealth and attitude than the lower end branch peeps (bm and down) if you really knew your employees you would better understand their dislike and distrust of you and your ilk. sorry but that's the reality of life at ERAC |

the only one to lose in this deal is the customer less competitors (sp), more profit to ERAC smart move by ERAC though |
