Reservation/Roadside asst out of St. Louis. Customer service generally regional/group offices in every state but St. Louis does take calls. Think de-centralized operation as it pertains to ERAC administration.

Is all the administration for Vanguard handled out of Tulsa?

Enterprise will corner the market. This was done to answer Hertz. They are trying to get into the replacement market and threaten ERAC. ERAC answers to this by taking more airport business away from Hertz. Enterprise will continue to grow like any great company. Who will we buy next.......

This would be about the 3rd time that I know of that National/Alamo has been doing so poorly that they either had to declare bankruptcy or merge or sell out to Satan Taylor. Not a huge feat by Enterprise to pay less than fair market value for a company that has been floundering for years. They were talking about doing this 5 years ago when I used to work for ERAC.


The reality is that it doesnt matter if its Enterprise, Hertz, Budget, National, Alamo, Thrifty, or any of the other Rental Car companies. They ALL suck. They all have exceptionally short sighted and slimey upper management groups working for them. They all will tell any lie possible to get another set of wheels on the road.

Any of the current Enterprise employees will tell you the same thing, of course their comments will be full of lies because they work for Enterprise but they will tell you that it doesnt matter which company a customer chooses. Customers are all assholes and are never happy no matter how much you bend over for them because once somebody has to reach for their wallet, that company has inevitably fucked them over before even saying hello.

As bad as Enterprise employees are, its the Customers who actually create the turmoil. As Randel said in clerks "This Job would be great if it wasnt for the customers".

Anyway, all of you Enterprise Rental Car piece of shit scumbag bag liars have a nice night. And for those of you ERAC employees who just read this and think to yourselves "hey, I'm one of the good ones, I'm not a piece of shit"
let me remind you that you work for Enterprise, which automatically makes you a peice of shit lying scumbag.
