I doubt they had a great job renting cars even before erac takes over though.

I have friends at Alamo and National who actually make really good money because they get incentive for what they sell. Apparently ERAC is already making moves to get rid of the incentive program.

erac doesn't need incentives when they can brainwash young kids to be motivated to sell and not get paid.
