Its fun making statements without thinking them through. This may have been the case before this aquisition came about, but it would only make sense going forward. As ERAC gets larger they try to keep that "small family business model" mentality, but lets face facts it cant keep the same business model that it had 20 years ago. The company is growing and holding on to old philisophies is only going to hurt them down the line.

Enterprise will not go public.

The company has net assets of 21.00 billion dollars. Net Cash as of last year the company as 12.2 billion dollars. They dont need to go public.
Jack would disagree.

I was told that this was supposed to be a secret, but after I got some calls over the weekend it appears it is not. It shocked me to see this news written here. I guess the cat's out of the bag.

OK, this message sounds completely faked.

If ERAC goes public, I perdict it will be the next ENRON in 10 years. But what do I know,I am no longer drinking the green kool aid.

BTW I was at the airport this weekend.I stoped by the National/Alamo counter and asked the people there how the felt. They were very cautios in what they said.I wrote down on a piece of paper this website for them read. Hopefully they will spread it wround to all the national/Alamo co workers so they can see what is in store for them.

Stick it to the man

Remember, you heard it from me first. This should become public within two months, so mark today's date and remember this bit of news.
Did anyone mark yesterday's date? Hello!?!?! April 1?

Erac has no need to go public the company prints money and the taylors have enough capital to keep enterprise afloat 10 times over.
