Who left Erac for Vanguard

I was a former Alamo Car Rental employee when ANC (Alamo/National) merged and then when Vanguard bought us... Vanguard sucked then, that is why I left!!! But Evil E sucked way worse... Alamo/National csr's could make $2000 a month is incentives if they were good at a slow location... Boston, Jfk,Orlando,LAX were making bank....

I am currently @ Hertz and it is so much better... I feel bad for all my Former Vanguard Employees, who told me last week things were starting to CHANGE... It's going to change alright, you will all Want to be on the unemployment line...

Incentive's, what incentive's Evil E doesn't Believe in rewarding their workers... No, instead you will all work long hours, for NO PAY!!! Good luck with that... At Hertz Level #1's can now Bonus 30% on their branches quarterly in addition to a Monthly Bonus... I am so glad I am not Green!!!

A coworker mentioned the other day her daughter got out of college and is working at a rental location; Hertz I believe. She said she told her it was a great job, and then I had to laugh. When she asked why I said, "Thats the exact same lie I told my parents as I loathed every day, and why I tried to become an alcoholic and almost ruined my marriage. If she keeps saying that enough to you, maybe one day she'll believe it, but its still a lie.

Finally a response, to my post! First of all, I was hoping to hear from Vanguard employees. But they are all too busy taking in all the changes that took place this week... I haven't heard the details yet, but Evil E is going to make their life HELL!!! Get out now while you can ANC... Bonuses are No MORE!!!

Second of all Anonyomus, I am not a rental CHIMP, I am a Rental CHICK... and unlike you obviously I have a LIFE and a Career... Evil E only ruined your marriage and you because You fell victim to the CULT... That is they want you all to work long hours, date and sleep with each other, roommate with each other and get DRUNK together... I know I have seen enough of YOUR Kind...

Yes, Hertz is another rental car company, but is NOT EVIL E... We actually get PAID for our hard work... I can dress professionally and I as a manager I Finally get paid for my efforts... Even Level 1's get paid more in the long run NOW, than BM's...

It is a Crazy business and stressfull at times, but I love my JOB... That is all it is... A J.O.B. I also have my own business on the side and recently started a family... Hertz will fund my other ventures until I am ready to leave the rental car business all together... Bascially Hertz is growing HUGE here, and I make a lot of MONEY... If Evil E paid you better, like HERTZ you would have stayed with it too... If you ever need a JOB we are always Hiring, and Hertz pays $1000 for employee referrals...
