For the record, a Bait and Switch occurs when a product is out of stock and the sales associate substitues another product at a higher price. In your example, you offer the product at the same price. I would hope you get your business termenology correct before using these examples.

I called it a Bait-and-Switch because they issued a reservation and then failed to provide the car when I arrived. Yes, it's true that they will allow you to have the larger car at the same price, but my specific complaint is that the larger car often has a higher cost for CDW. Therefore, I feel all the components are present for the accusation of "Bait-and-Switch": Promised one thing, arrived to find it out of stock, and the substitute costs more.

OK, I can see your reason for that.....and for the record, Enterprise is a great place to work at. I have been there for 2 years and we provide the best customer service on the market. I am sorry that you have had bad experiences at that location...but I can not speak for you or that branch. So good luck with all future rentals.

HAH! I'm the manager of a FRAC operation and NOBODY does better customer service than me! Why? Because I have a GREAT owner who trusts me to do what's necessary, and GREAT co-workers who work as a team, and SUPER customers who've been to Enterprise, and will never go back. In 10 years of renting cars, I've had all of one (yeah, that's 1) occasion that I've not had a promised vehicle for a customer. I don't overbook, and I don't take reservations for cars I don't have. I'll even suggest Enterprise to people who don't qualify at my operation. (Enterprise tells the customers who inquire if there's anyplace else to rent a car in town.."NO").

So what your saying is that you don't take chances? You play it safe. Your the type of person that packs his own parachute because you don't trust others to do it for you. Why would people want to rent cars from you? You are not a risk taker and all the risk takers are the one's that take over the world. Look at Donald Trump. He already had the money, but he did a t.v. show because he wanted more, and now he is the most loved multi billionaire, and a household name because he took risks. Your lucky if you just get on Cable access. You talk all this junk about erac, but where do you buy your FRAC car rentals from? Go ahead, say it? Our sales/re-marketing department. So after we are done renting them, you buy them from us and re-rent them. You Loser, go back to your mom and pop and wait for big, bad, green to come take advantage of you. Peace!

Man, this is getting fun seeing how much b/s there is when it comes to rental. And I do mean the BEST customer service around.....if you walk into my office and see the awards we have, you would be amazed. No, problay not, since your ego is too big to notice that type of respect and service. But with all do respect, I can not wait to see the FRAC become the next Failing Rent A Car company !!!!!

Wow...you are a complete tool. FRAC...does bankruptcy ring a bell? Its people like you who are going to head FRAC in that direction again! Have fun with your pile of crap Ford fleet. Never run out of cars and proud? Im happy for you...but thats not how you grow your business. Id rather be short one car out of 30 if it meant I could grow my fleet ...and for that one car short do EVERYTHING possible to make that customer 100 percent completely satisfied....free rental if its what it takes. :lol Never be satisfied. Think of this...a hotel at complete occupancy, getting straight A's , working out and pushing yourself beyond what you believe you can achieve, the point here is running at maximum capacity and pushing to go farther is how you succeed. Strength is survival. I hope ERAC puts you under....unless the FRAC is hiding losses to make your outfit look like its making money like Ford does with HLE!
