Unlike yourself, I have no need to prove how smart I am compared to anyone else on this board, I really don't give a shit. Everything I said was simply a statement of fact. I would rather honestly engage the claims made on this board, than just simply lifting my leg on them.

I don't need movie quotes to make a point.

pon·tif·i·cate [ pon tíffi kàyt ]

intransitive verb (past and past participle pon·tif·i·cat·ed, present participle pon·tif·i·cat·ing, 3rd person present singular pon·tif·i·cates)

Definition:

1. speak pompously: to speak about something in a knowing and self-important way, especially when not qualified to do so

Yeah, I think that sounds like you.

Yeah...that was me...Mr. "Self Important", Mr. "Escalator in a Wal-Mart". I'm sure that's what everyone took from it.

Keep nodding.

Well I'm sure they didn't become smarter after (reading your post). You should love ERAC because they (commonly) give jobs to people who can't spell or write. That's their M.O. (modus operandi). What was with all the parantheses? Why are you quoting nobody? There's two spaces after a period.

OK, now I'm just totally fucking with you. But seriously, you're not smart. How's Germany?

I know what fucking Six Sigma is. I went to business school just like you did. My point is that there are so many more things that can "go wrong" with a rental car than could at McDonalds. Running out of cars, mechanical issues with the unit which is unrelated to the rental car company's competency, etc. People expect these cars to be super cars, if one little thing is not perfect (the washer fluid didn't clear the bugs, it pulls to the left) that is a major issue to them. Therefore, my analogy is still accurate.

Six Sigma is actually for the manufacturing industry, but nice try.
