I went to your web site. It's the most hilarious thing I've seen in a long time and it must have taken you HOURS to put this together.
Just so happens I was attracted to your website after a horror story I heard last night about this very same company....although this particular location is in Dubuque, Iowa, where my brother is visiting for the Holidays...once again, NO CAR, even though he had a reservation...and in that god-forsaken town, there aren't a lot of alternatives to rent a car. He is stuck there until they get one in, but of course, they just can't pinpoint when that will be.
I've passed on your website to him; hopefully, he will contact you himself when he eventually makes his way home to Miami.
