You were confident enough to decline CDW when you rented the car, so where did that confidence go? It's too late to worry about "what if" now because "what if" has happened. Sure, your insurance company will pay for the damage, but look forward to a difference in your premiums next time you renew. Depending on the state you live in, the insurance company you use, and the relationship that exists between your insurance company and Enterprise, you may also find yourself paying for Loss of Use.
