The original poster on this thread is probably an employee of another rental car company just trying to get info about how Enterprise handles insurance replacement. All of the questions are to pointed to be otherwise. So if you are an Enterprise go ahead and offer up every little secret of their business. If you are pro Enterprise than stay away, and deny, deny, deny. Either way the original situation is invented. Why would any woman come back at Trab the way she did after she was questioned? Why would she become so immediately defensive and accuse people of having oor attitudes? Because she has been found wanting. Does anyone remember the scene in Naked Gun when Leslie Nielsen and Priscilla Presley were having a fight and tossing insults at each other and she says "Frank, I faked my orgasms" and walks out slmming the door. Then he, fumbling for a comeback, shouts back "Well I faked mine too!" That was hilarious.

My adjuster said that even if they bill me directly i just send it to wawanesa and they handle it. he said they can not just charge me up front for assumed costs or anything of that sort. So now i am relieved and it all sounds more or less like not a big deal to me anymore.

I am worried... and i dont plan on returning car till friday-- accident was on today (wed), the right mirror shattered and there is somewhat denting pain issues on both doors, but its mild on the doors, main issue is mirror.

heres what will happen:

you'll return the rental car and the erac idiot checking you in will tell you the car is damaged. they'll write an accident report, also known as a DX report, and then ask you to pay your deductible up front. you wil whine and complain and say that the accident was not your fault, so you shouldnt have to pay anything. they will then remind you that you signed a contract saying you will assume full responsibility for the rental car upon its return. you, like most people, do not even know how much your collision deductible is, so you then call your insurance company, who you think covers you 100% in a rental car, and they will tell you that your deductible is either 500 or 1000 dollars, and then hang up on you. at this point you will be very upset at enterprise for yuor own ignorance and probably very embarassed too. you will then get desperate and claim that your credit card covers you in rental cars for the deductible. you will then call your credit card company hoping they will make everything ok, but they will promptly tell you to fuck off, they dont cover shit unless you have a police report. you will then fork over 500 bones to enterprise and wonder why the hell you didnt just pay the 18.99 to make this whole mess go away.
