Good Lord! WTF is everyone's problem?
If you've made a claim with your insurance company, when you return your car, just give the information to the idiot behind the counter. Their loss control will deal directly with your insurance. You shouldn't have to deal with Enterprise at all. They will want to take a 'report' for their records. Just tell them what you know. If they give you any shit, just call your insurance agent or adjuster. They'll take care of any bs.
BTW, it might be a good idea to take pictures of the damage before you return it. ERAC is known to include other 'non-documented' damage on your claim if possible.
