I will never rent from this fucking company again! I had plans to go out of town this weekend, those fuckers did not have a car! I had to get a rez from Budget for tomorrow in the morning. What are the chances my emailed complaint to their corporate offices will result in anything?

Jack and Shit. If you go to the local branch and make a scene in front of a full lobby that would get you something. If you rent from an airport and you return the car they will ask you if you are comp sat. Say no. You can usually get the entire rental free until you say you are comp sat.
