I rented at PHX this week...what MORONS!

I flew into the Phoenix airport last week and rented from Enterprise. I was prepared to deal with mental midgets at the rental counter, but what I encountered was a new low.

After I waited in line, a grinning idiot counter clerk said "Next!". The clerk was an overweight asian girl with a plunging neckline showing her flabby tits. Anyone who works at the airport should know who she is from that description.

So the fat asian girl hammers me to take the fake insurance, I say "NO" three times, she finally moves on and proceeds to make herself look like a complete idiot.

Moron Comment #1: She looks at my New York drivers license and says "Oh are you from New York?". I mention that yeah, that's why my address is on the license and says NY.

Moron Comment #2: The fat asian chick says: "My brother lives in New York City too. Do you know him?" I pointed out that not only do I not know her name or her brother's name but that there are millions and millions of people living in NYC.

Moron Comment #3: The fat asian chick stops typing and says "You don't seem to happy to be in Phoenix". I pointed out to the beached whale that I was thrilled to be in Phoenix but not thrilled to have to listen to her mindless chatter when all I wanted to do was get my car and go.

Moron Comment #4: I asked the fat asian chick for directions from the airport to downtown and she said: " I don't know how to get there, I get driven to work and don't pay attention to the roads"

Jesus christ, doesn't Enterprise have an IQ test or something for their employees? Or are they recruiting at the Special Needs Schools these days?

Wow, I am surprised at this guys complaint. Who cares if the rental agent is trying to make small talk. It was my experience at PHX that waiting in line to be typed up took about 20 mins and then I had to wait in a garage for another hour until they had someone bring a clean car. I have been there several times and this apparently happens frequently. It only a matter of time before people decide to spen $5-10 more a day on a rental car and use someone else like I have.
