Hi ,

please help me.

I just had an accident with a enterpise rented car I have rented. There are some scratches on the rear bumper.
I have taken complete insurance (Damage Waiver,Suplimental Liability insurance and PERsonal accident insurance) from enterprise.

I want to know the deductibles of the third party liability insurance enterpise provides(The insurance company is Empire fire and marine insurance company)

Has anybody have ideas on that, Please let me know

there is no deducible. You just tell them what happened and they will fill out an accident report and either give you a new car if you still need it or if you are returning the car you will be all set to go. Thats it. No out of pocket costs for you. The SLP will cover you up to $1 million, so as long as the damage you casued is less than that (which I suspect that it is), you are completely off the hook.

Hope that helps

There is some minimum financial liability as per the insurance policy, which I have to pay in case third party claims(it was my fault, so the third party is going to call the insurance company).

I want to know the amount of this financial liability amount...
Do you have any idea?

Thanks,
Bhavani Prasd
