Well, the story parallels what Erac tells you. Linus believes in the tale that the Great Pumpkin will reward him and all the good boys and girls with candy and presents for having the best pumpkin patch. So Linus is determined to do better next year. Erac tells you that you will make 6 figures in six years and run your own business if you "work hard and make it happen". Those not promoted end up in a vicious cycle of working harder, but not being the chosen ones.

Most Charlie Brown cartoons are like enterprise. All the good Charlie Brown does at one time or another is just never enough. Especially the times when Charlie Brown is promised to kick the foot ball he is even given a contract at one point guaranteeing that he will kick it, but at the last minute it is pulled away from him and he falls right on his ass. Charlie Brown Halloween even pertains to the people on this website. At the end of It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Charlie Brown tells Linus that the great pumpkin is something stupid to believe in. Linus then gets mad and yells and threatens Charlie Brown. Just like the people on this website who love erac so much (losers) and your branch manager who gets mad at you when you suggest that people who work at erac go back to school to get there masters degree. Only erac is not as nice and tries to brainwash you.

ERAC has a great business plan. Hire thousands and tell them in public to work hard, be ethical, honest, blah blah blah. But in reality, to get ahead you must cheat lie and steal. ERAC turns a blind eye to this though.
