They STOLE my Video iPod

I rented a car because of a wreck and exchanged it at the dealership. So glad to have my car back I forgot my ipod in the glove box. I called them right away. They said they were going to look and call me back. They did not call. This was near the end of the day. I called the next AM and the manager said "there were no items left in the car" and "we are not responsible for items left". It is a $299 Video iPod. Loaded. It is obvious they lied and pocketed it. No one else had any access to the car. It was locked and parked and I had played it just a few hours before and tried to remind myself not to forget it. I did forget dealing with the extra charges they surprised me with at the end which my insurance company did not cover. I will have to sue them.

you need to raise a fuss over the manner, bypass the faggots at the branch and contact the area manager. call the office and get his number, proly best not to reveal who you are to the rental hacks
if the area manager is non-respondent, go one rung up to the rvp
you will most likely get some money back, it wouldn't be unheard of if they got you at least $200.

maybe you shouldn't have left it in the car. that would be my guess! you def file a police report and maybe claim it on your home owners. or just suck it up and buy a new one since your the one who either forgot it in the car or lost it somewhere else

Sue them for what??? You're stupid for leaving the thing in the car and stupid for not paying attention when they told you what would and would not be covered by the insurance company. Wake up you tool and take responsibility for your own actions.
