Return away without guilt or financial risk. You have two options:

A) Report the damage and fill out the accident report. As long as you didn't intentionally do the damage and purchased the Damage Waiver, then you should be OK.

B) Don't initially report the damage and test the branch employee to see if he/she doesn't notice during the check in process. Then as you are about to walk back to the branch to complete the check in scott free (80% chance employee misses the damage), fess up to the damage and fill out an accident report.

C) Don't report it at all. Since the employee missed the damage you did to the car, the next customer or one months from now will likely be charged for the rims.

Most customers pick C. However, I think B is the best option. Karma catches up with everyone.

Return it Monday at 10:00 AM. They'll be so desperate for cars they won't even notice.

Don't worry about it, hell even call the local RVP and complain they were like that when you got it and don't think you should pay for the rental.

ok so i returned it, it was the enterprise inside the benz dealer, they didnt even bother to check out the car, asked me how everything was, i said it was great and just left. enterprise inside dealerships are great! i recommend everyone to get the damage warranty.
